About us

Barratt David Wilson Homes is the country’s leading housebuilder. We are committed to building quality homes and this year received more The National House Building Council Pride in the Job Quality awards than any other housebuilder for the 17th year in a row and were also awarded 5 stars by the Home Builders Federation for customer satisfaction for the 12th year in a row. We are the only national major housebuilder to retain this accolade for so long, which can only be achieved with 90% of our customers saying that they would recommend us to a friend.

Looking after our environment

Barratt David Wilson Homes are leaders in sustainable developments and seek to minimise impact on the environment throughout the life of our projects. We work with our consultants to make sure that sustainability is built into our plans from day one. A full Sustainability Statement will be submitted alongside the application, which will detail the various measures we will be implementing in order to make this development as environmentally friendly as possible.

In addition, we have teamed up with the RSPB, working together since 2014 to show how new homes can help nature and support wildlife. The landscaping for this site will be designed by Chartered Landscapers and enhancing features which prioritise native species and biodiversity will be carefully considered and implemented.
