Public Consultation on new homes to the south of Crawley Down Road, Felbridge

On Tuesday 7th December, we will be holding an online webinar session for local residents where you can listen to the architect, and other members of the project team talk through the proposals, and ask any questions you have, either in advance or during the presentation.

Please click the link below on Tuesday 7th December at 6.30pm to join the presentation.

Barratt David Wilson Homes is preparing a planning application for 200 new homes in Felbridge, to the south of Crawley Down Road, behind the bowling club, football club, and lawn tennis club. This land is allocated for housing development in Mid Sussex District Council’s emerging Development Plan Document that sets out where new homes are going to be built in the District.

We are consulting local people on these proposals before submitting a planning application, so that your views can be taken into account by the project team before we finalise the layout and designs.
